Ingredients

500g chicken tenders

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (for dip)

Salt and pepper to taste (for dip)

Oil for frying


Instructions

1. Prepare three bowls: flour with garlic powder, salt, pepper; beaten eggs; and a mix of panko and Parmesan.

2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, and press into breadcrumb-Parmesan mix until fully coated.

3. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Fry tenders 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

4. For dip: mix mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

5. Serve tenders warm with garlic dip and sprinkle with parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan instead of pre-shredded.
