Ingredients

6 medium carrots

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Peel the carrots and cut them in half lengthwise and widthwise.

3. In a bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle the grated parmesan across the surface.

5. Place the carrots flat side down over the cheese and press lightly to help them stick.
