Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
1/4 cup chopped pickles
1/3 cup diced tomatoes
4 medium flour tortillas
3 tbsp burger sauce (mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice mix)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
2. Stir 1 tablespoon of burger sauce into the beef and remove from heat.
3. On each tortilla, sprinkle cheddar on half, top with beef, pickles, tomatoes, and a drizzle of burger sauce. Fold tortilla in half.
4. In a clean skillet, lightly grease and cook each quesadilla 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
5. Slice into wedges and serve hot with extra sauce or pickles on the side.
