Ingredients
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Boil the elbow macaroni for 5 minutes until slightly underdone. Drain and set aside.
2. In a bowl, whisk together evaporated milk, whole milk, melted butter, and softened cream cheese.
3. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to the milk mixture.
4. Grease the crockpot and add in the drained pasta.
