Ingredients
1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or biscuit dough)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into circles large enough to fit each muffin cup. Press the dough into the wells, forming a cup shape.
- Spoon 1-2 tbsp of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add mini pepperoni slices and any other desired toppings.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Brush the dough edges with olive oil for a crispier crust.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then carefully remove from the muffin tin.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley and serve warm.
