Ingredients
16 oz imitation crab meat
1 cup celery, finely diced
1/3 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Shred the crab meat into bite-sized pieces using your hands or a fork.
2. Dice the celery and red onion into small, even pieces.
3. In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
4. Add the crab, celery, onion, and dill to the dressing. Stir gently to combine.
5. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve cold with crackers, in sandwiches, or over salad greens.
Notes
Letting the salad chill enhances the flavors and texture.
You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter version.
