Ingredients
12 Medjool dates
6 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions
1. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit, creating a pocket.
2. Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter.
3. Place the filled dates on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 15–20 minutes.
4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave in 20-second intervals until smooth.
5. Dip each date in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
6. Place back on the tray and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before chocolate sets.
7. Chill in fridge or freezer until firm. Enjoy cold or slightly softened.
Notes
