Ingredients

2 salmon fillets

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Brush lightly with olive oil.

2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter and add garlic, parsley, and lemon juice. Simmer 1–2 minutes.

3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
