Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced (about 4–5 medium potatoes)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with diced onions until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
