Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons Jello powder (any flavor)

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
2. Beat egg whites until frothy. Add cream of tartar and salt.
3. Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
4. Add Jello powder and vanilla. Beat to combine. Add food coloring if desired.
5. Transfer to a piping bag with star tip and pipe swirls onto baking sheet.
6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until dry to the touch.
7. Turn off oven and cool inside for 1 hour.
8. Remove and store in an airtight container.
