Ingredients
9 ounces cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)
6 slices bacon, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. In a large skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving about 1 tablespoon of fat in the skillet.
2. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with black pepper.
5. Meanwhile, cook ravioli according to package directions, then drain.
6. Add cooked ravioli to the sauce and gently toss to coat.
7. Stir in most of the crispy bacon, reserving some for topping.
8. Serve immediately with reserved bacon, parsley, and additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Always use freshly grated Parmesan for best melt and flavor.
To reheat, add a splash of cream or milk to loosen the sauce and heat gently.
