Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup whole milk (or substitute)

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
