Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package frozen tater tots (about 32 oz)
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: garlic powder, paprika, green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in frozen vegetables, soup, sour cream, and half of the cheese. Season to taste.
