4 cups chicken broth

2 large eggs, beaten

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons cold water

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon white pepper (optional)

2 stalks green onions, chopped


Instructions

1. In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper if using.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and cold water to create a slurry. Stir it into the broth.
