Ingredients
8 ounces king crab meat
24 wonton wrappers
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Butter or cooking spray, for greasing pan
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
2. Press one wonton wrapper into each muffin cup, gently shaping it into a small shell.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, 3/4 cup mozzarella, garlic, lemon juice, and Old Bay until smooth.
4. Gently fold in the king crab meat so the pieces stay nice and chunky.
5. Spoon the filling evenly into the wonton cups.
6. Top each one with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
