2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp oil for searing

For the Broth:

1 tbsp butter

4 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup whole milk or heavy cream

1 tbsp miso paste (optional)

Salt to taste

For the Ramen:

2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

2 green onions, chopped

Chili oil for drizzling

Soft-boiled eggs or toppings (optional)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat chicken and marinate 30 minutes or overnight.
  2. Cook the Chicken: Sear marinated chicken in hot oil until browned and cooked through (6–7 min per side). Let rest, then slice.
  3. Make the Broth: In a pot, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add broth, milk, and miso paste. Simmer for 8–10 minutes. Salt to taste.
  4. Cook Noodles: Boil noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.
  5. Assemble Bowls: Divide noodles into bowls. Pour over hot broth. Top with sliced chicken, green onions, and chili oil. Add optional toppings.
