Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha (or chili garlic sauce)
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
2 servings fresh or dried ramen noodles
2 tbsp butter
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
1/2 cup grated parmesan (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Red pepper flakes (garnish)
Chopped green onions (topping)
Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: Mix soy sauce, sriracha, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken and marinate for 20 minutes to 2 hours.
