Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

Popsicle sticks

Parchment paper or lined baking sheet


Instructions

  1. Peel and cut bananas in half crosswise. Insert a popsicle stick into each piece.
