Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, and Parmesan until well combined.
