Ingredients
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 cups broccoli florets
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp smoked paprika
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
