Ingredients
1.5 pounds steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
3. Add steak cubes in a single layer without overcrowding. Sear for 2 minutes, then flip and cook another 1–2 minutes. Remove from skillet.
4. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add butter and garlic to the same pan and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Return steak bites to skillet and toss in garlic butter until fully coated.
6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Make sure your skillet is hot enough before searing the steak to get a proper crust.
Don’t overcrowd the pan — work in batches if necessary for even browning.
