Description

Garlic Butter Steak with Creamy Parmesan Rigatoni brings bold, savory steakhouse flavor home. Tender steak bites are seared in garlic butter and served alongside creamy, cheesy rigatoni. This easy recipe is perfect for anyone craving rich pasta, comforting dinner ideas, or a quick yet indulgent weeknight meal. With juicy beef, velvety parmesan cream, and al dente pasta, every bite delivers serious satisfaction. Great for high-protein diets, steak lovers, and those looking for food ideas with elegance and ease.

Ingredients

12 ounces rigatoni pasta

1 pound ribeye or sirloin steak, cut into cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.

2. Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.

3. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Sear steak bites 1–2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

4. In same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

5. Add Italian seasoning and cream. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.

6. Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.

7. Toss in cooked rigatoni, adding pasta water if needed for consistency.

8. Plate pasta and top with steak bites. Garnish with parsley and extra cheese if desired.

9. Serve immediately and enjoy hot.

Notes

Use ribeye for extra marbling and flavor, or sirloin for a leaner bite.

Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick in the sauce.
