Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
3 tablespoons butter
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. Once slightly cooled, mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
4. Flatten each biscuit into a disc. Add a spoonful of the meat mixture into the center. Fold and pinch to seal.
5. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
7. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add garlic, and cook 1–2 minutes.
8. Brush bombs with garlic butter immediately after baking.
9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley if using.
10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Make sure not to overfill the biscuit dough or it might burst during baking.
These reheat wonderfully in an air fryer for a crispy next-day snack.
