1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1 cup cucumber sliced
1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
1/3 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup grated cucumber
1 tablespoon lemon juice (for tzatziki)
1 clove garlic minced (for tzatziki)
1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil (for tzatziki)
1/4 teaspoon salt (for tzatziki)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Grill the marinated chicken on medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked. Rest before slicing.
