Ingredients

For the Chicken:

1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. Grill the Chicken: Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates and grill the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until charred and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stirring until it simmers. Lower heat, add mozzarella and parmesan, and stir until smooth. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine and Serve: Place the grilled chicken bites in a serving dish and pour the creamy garlic sauce over them. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
