Ingredients
1 ½ cups broccoli florets
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
¾ cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 large egg
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¾ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
2. Steam broccoli florets for 3–4 minutes until just tender, then drain.
3. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, broccoli, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, egg, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
