Ingredients
6 large eggs
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup milk or almond milk
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil spray for muffin tin

Instructions
