Ingredients
1/2 pound breakfast sausage
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, Velveeta, Monterey Jack, cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Stir in the cooked sausage until well mixed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish and top with crumbled bacon.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm with chips, crackers, or crostini.
Notes
Use spicy sausage if you like a little kick—it adds incredible depth.
Let the dip sit for 5 minutes after baking to thicken slightly before serving.
