500 g boneless chicken breast
1 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 cup crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic

2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
