120 g rolled oats
100 g all-purpose flour
100 g brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
115 g unsalted butter
2 tbsp golden syrup
150 g milk chocolate (for topping)
Instructions

2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.
