3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon lemon juice
optional few drops natural food coloring or 1 teaspoon vitamin powder
Instructions
1. Place silicone molds on a baking sheet or tray for stability.
2. In a saucepan, pour the fruit juice and sprinkle the gelatin evenly on top. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
3. Gently heat the mixture over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves completely.
4. Stir in honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice until well mixed.
5. Carefully fill the molds using a dropper or spoon.
6. Transfer the tray to the fridge and chill for 1–2 hours until firm.
7. Pop gummies out of molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Let gummies sit uncovered in the fridge overnight for a firmer texture.
For layered gummies, pour one flavor, chill until set, then add another flavor on top.
