Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, butter, and peppermint extract.
2. Gradually stir in powdered sugar until a smooth dough forms.
3. Roll into 1-inch balls and flatten into discs. Place on parchment-lined tray.
4. Freeze patties for 30 minutes or until firm.
5. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth.
