Ingredients
500g chicken tenderloins
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 and 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Pat chicken tenderloins dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Set up dredging station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
3. Coat each chicken piece in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumbs until fully coated.
4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry tenders in batches for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
5. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic. Add honey and soy sauce and simmer until thickened.
6. Toss fried tenders in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Always dredge the chicken right before frying for best crispiness.
