3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce (regular or low-sodium)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce (optional)
