Ingredients
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
14 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
1. Wash, peel, and cube the sweet potatoes. Slice the sausage into rounds.
