Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add melted butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
