Ingredients

10 fresh jalapeño peppers, halved and seeds removed

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Combine melted butter with panko breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
  6. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture over each stuffed pepper.
  7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until tops are golden and cheese is bubbly.
