Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 packet (or 1 tablespoon) ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup heavy cream
Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, add cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, ranch seasoning, and cheddar. Stir until smooth and melted.
- Return chicken to skillet and nestle into the sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken.
- Add chopped cooked bacon on top. Cover and simmer on low for 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
