Ingredients

1 pound ground beef or pork

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon grated ginger

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

1/2 cup Korean BBQ sauce

3 cups cooked white rice

1 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 tablespoons spicy mayo (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef or pork, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until just combined.

2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll meat mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls.

3. Bake for 15–18 minutes until cooked through.
