Ingredients

12 oz penne pasta

1 lb ground beef

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

2 cups heavy cream

1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp cream cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp butter

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with a pinch of salt and pepper. Drain and set aside.
  3. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream, whisking until smooth.
  6. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until fully melted into a creamy sauce.
