Ingredients
2 cups cold mashed potatoes
1 large egg
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives (plus more for garnish)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Sour cream, for topping (optional)
Instructions
