Description

Capture the magic (and mess) of winter with these Melted Snowman Chocolate Barks! This fun, no-bake dessert is made with creamy white chocolate, adorable candy eyes, peanut butter cup hats, and sweet little carrot noses. A perfect holiday party treat, edible craft, or snowy-day activity with kids. Whether you’re looking for quick dessert ideas, easy party food, or holiday food ideas that make people smile, these frosty little puddles deliver on both flavor and festive charm.

Ingredients

2 cups white chocolate chips or melting wafers

8 mini peanut butter cups, halved

16 candy eyes

8 orange sprinkles or mini orange M&Ms

1 sheet parchment paper

Instructions

1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Spoon dollops of the melted chocolate onto the parchment and gently spread into uneven blobs.

4. While chocolate is still soft, place half a peanut butter cup on top for a hat.

5. Add two candy eyes just under the hat and press in an orange sprinkle for the nose.

6. Chill in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes until fully set.

7. Carefully lift the snowmen from the parchment and serve or store.

Notes

Make sure to decorate while the chocolate is still warm so the toppings stick properly.

Use a silicone baking mat instead of parchment if you want even easier release.
