Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
12 mini slider buns
12 slices cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
12 pickle chips
1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp butter
Instructions
1. Form ground beef into 12 small patties slightly larger than your slider buns. Press a dimple in the center of each.
2. Season patties with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 2–3 minutes per side.
4. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cover with lid until cheese melts.
5. In the same pan, melt butter and toast the slider buns until golden.
6. Assemble each burger with lettuce, patty, tomato, pickle, and optional onion.
7. Secure with cocktail picks if serving at a party and serve immediately.
Notes
For crispier patties, cook on a cast iron skillet for even searing.
You can mix a bit of Worcestershire sauce into the beef for extra flavor.
