Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
0.5 cup cherry pie filling
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
0.5 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut puff pastry into 3×3-inch squares and place on baking sheet.
3. Mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until smooth.
