2 cod fillets (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons white miso paste
1 ½ tablespoons mirin
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a small saucepan, combine miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
