Ingredients
1 pound ground sausage
6 large eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
0.5 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.25 cup melted butter
0.5 cup diced onion
0.5 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)
Instructions
