Ingredients

1 pound ground sausage

6 large eggs

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cottage cheese

0.5 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

0.25 cup melted butter

0.5 cup diced onion

0.5 cup diced red bell pepper (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.

2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.

3. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, then stir in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, flour, baking powder, and melted butter.
