Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti (or pasta of choice)

3 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp dried Italian herbs (or a mix of thyme, rosemary, oregano)

¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

4 cups vegetable or chicken broth (low sodium)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Zest of 1 lemon

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions
