4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken and sear for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer the chicken to a plate.
4. Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the same skillet.
