Ingredients

200g white chocolate chips

100ml sweetened condensed milk

1 tbsp unsalted butter

1 tbsp fresh orange zest

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for coating)

Instructions

1. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

3. Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.

4. Once chilled, scoop the mixture and roll into small truffle balls using your hands.

5. Roll each truffle in powdered sugar to coat evenly.

6. Chill the truffles again for 30 minutes before serving for best texture and presentation.

Notes

For a twist, try rolling the truffles in shredded coconut or crushed vanilla wafers instead of powdered sugar.

Use high-quality white chocolate for a smoother, richer flavor and better texture.
