Ingredients
400g white chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
3–4 drops red gel food coloring
3 tablespoons crushed candy canes
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and white chocolate, stirring constantly.
3. Once smooth, stir in the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract until combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
5. Dot red food coloring over the surface and swirl using a toothpick.
6. Sprinkle crushed candy canes evenly and gently press them in.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
8. Remove from pan and slice into squares before serving.
